The inside facility is a cozy gymnasium with cardiovascular equipment featuring 3 treadmills 3 elliptical machines, an upright exercise bike, recumbent bike, and a rowing machine. We moreover have a racquetball magistrate that doubles as a wallyball court. We have a wide range of strength training equipment and dumbbells. Our outside facilities boast 2 outside basketball courts, 2 tennis courts, and a well-groomed nature trail with variegated difficulty zones. These are unconfined for walking and running in the warmer months and snowshoeing in the winter months. For a map of the trail, please trammels out our Augusta Hiking Trail Map. The facility has a full size gymnasium with basketball and vollyball capabilities. The fitness room has both strength training and cardiovascular equipment. Locker rooms and restroom facilities are moreover misogynist on site. Fitness programs such as pick up games, intramurals, and group exercise classes are offered throughout the school year. FitnessPart-waymembership is misogynist to UMA Bangor students, sense and staff at no charge. Other types of memberships are moreover misogynist for purchase. Drop-InSpinTraining Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Gymnasium  (On hold until the gym floor refinishing is complete) On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, a 12 exercise spin will be set up in the gymnasium for participants to use on their own schedule.  The spin features upper and lower soul exercises, cadre conditioning, and cardio training.  Come in with your friends or on your own and trammels it out.  The spin is designed so that the user has options to segregate from at each station and performs the chosen exercise for a unrepealable length of time (such as 30 seconds) and then moves on to the next exercise.  It’s a fun way to be active, strengthen the muscles, build endurance, and modernize wastefulness without doing the same exercise over and over again.  For increasingly information contact  Lori Googins, Coordinator Student Life Wellness and Cultural Enrichment at 207-262-7912 or email: lori.googins@maine.edu.   Contact Us Lori J.
